• • Relaxation is our goal for you.  Please, give yourself a 20 minute head start so that you may enjoy every minute of every service you are receiving.  For your relaxation and the relaxation of other guests, please turn off or set your cell phones and pagers to vibrate.
  • Spa attire consists of robes, smocks, towels, and some paper undergarments - which will be provided.  You may bring a bathing suit of your for pool and hot- tub use; and/or for body treatments for more modest coverage,
  • Children need to be under the supervision of an adult and must be 12 years of age to receive spa services.  New InSPArations is a place to relax and experience the ultimate in health and wellness.  We ask that children be in the salon only if they are receiving services.  Drop in childcare is available across the street at Minnie’s Daycare.  Arrangements can be made thru us if necessary.  Thank you for understanding.   

  • Light lunches, special needs or requests, as well as transportation can be provided for you.  We request a 24-hour notice in order to arrange for these services.
  • Appointments will be confirmed the day prior to a scheduled service.  Appointments for all spa packages 2 Hours or more must be guaranteed with a major credit card.  If you must cancel or reschedule an appointment, we require a 24-hour notice; otherwise, we must charge a 25% scheduled service fee.  The 24-hour notice also applies to appointments guaranteed with a gift certificate.  If a proper notice is NOT given your gift certificate value will be reduced by 25% of the total dollar value of the services scheduled for that day.   It is important that we remain on schedule for our clients.  Being late will shorten your service time, yet your service fee will remain the same.
  • Special Events such as weddings (including bachelor and bachelorette parties), birthdays, anniversaries, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Secretary’s Day, Valentine’s Day, teen events, or any other occasion packages are available.  Spa Packages, Corporate Packages and Custom Packages are also available.

  
  

• Gift Certificates are an excellent way to show someone special you care. Gift certificates are available for any service and occasion and are especially appropriate for use by small businesses and large corporations.  (No Refunds will be given for Gift Certificates – They are redeemable for any spa service or retail product, but have NO cash value.)
• Your health, well-being and complete satisfaction are our main concern. Smoking is not permitted in our facility; however, we can direct you to a permitted area outside. Please be courteous to others that may also be taking advantage of our outdoor facilities and take note of the disposal fixtures available - and dispose of all remnants properly.
  
• Pool Rules:
  1. NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY - SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK
  2. All clients entering the pool area must be 18 years of age; those 12 - 17 years of age must be under the supervision of an adult. Bathing suits are REQUIRED for all.
  3. Clients please limit your guests to 2 per day; unless your guests are also receiving services that day, or unless you are part of a special event booking.
  4. NO GLASS - please make sure you ask for plastic ware if you are visiting our pool area; and dispose of all trash properly.
  5. No running or diving - for your safety. And, to allow all of our guests the opportunity to relax and enjoy the tranquil oasis, we ask that you not use the slide unless you have reserved the Spa for a private party.
